Five members of the Tokyo Wombats Cricket Club attended a function hosted by the Australia Society Tokyo and The Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan for the launching of Expatland (book/tax advisory services) by John Macarian. The event, held at the Tokyo Midtown Oakwood Apartments in Roppongi, featured guest speakers Brad Hogg (Australian cricketer) and Japanese rugby representative Craig Wing. The boys were keen to meet Hoggy and have a chat – none more so than our vice president, who was keen to ask the champion spinner quite a few questions and pose for just as many photos! It was a fun night of networking and spreading the word about the Tokyo Wombats and cricket in Japan, in general.
