Finally it’s time for cricket again! Over a dozen keen Wommies crept out of the burrow after a long hibernation down to Yokohama for our first pre-season hitout of the year. Led by skipper Alex, everyone had a good hitout in the nets, rolling the arm over and getting a good hitout with the bat, probably longer than most Wommies will end up spending in the middle! Stay tuned for the fixtures announcement that will be coming in the next few weeks. First round of the season is likely to be in early April.
